The compact hydraulic power market is rapidly growing, in a variety of industries, including landscaping, irrigation, general construction, utility services, agriculture and various specialty markets, including golf courses.

Incremental Mertz Growth
In addition to serving CPI, Mertz provides highly specialized manufacturing services to Halliburton, Schlumberger and other leading oilfield service operations. Due to oilfield demand, Mertz is operating near its current capacity, and is in the process of expanding its capacity for CPI products.

Manufacturing Capabilities
The acquisition of Mertz provides CPI with the ability to rapidly adapt to the needs of its customers, including Home Depot. CPI has approximately 200,000 square feet of well equipped and covered manufacturing space, adjacent to the Ponca City airport, with ample land for further expansion.
