Roger Braswell
Mr. Braswell introduced the first compact utility loaders to the U.S. market in 1995. Roger built Southern Tree and Landscape into the Carolinas leading landscape contractor before helping establish LandCare USA. Later, he served as a member of the company's senior management team and board; he remained a top manager after LandCare's 1999 merger with ServiceMaster.

Bruce McMaken
Mr. McMaken is a Managing Director at Sanders Morris Harris specializing in Private Equity and serves as a manager for Environmental Opportunities Funds I and II and for SMH Private Equity Group I. Mr. McMaken also currently serves as a manager of The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Proton Therapy Center.

Robert Lautz
Mr. Lautz is a Managing Director of St. Cloud Capital. Mr. Lautz was formerly the Chairman of REO.com, the nation's leading Internet-based sales mechanism for bank foreclosed properties. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of Listing Link, the original Internet-based residential property multiple listing service. Mr. Lautz formed and was Chairman and CEO of Indenet, Inc., a Nasdaq listed private satellite-based network that delivered digital advertisements and programming to national broadcast and cable television networks.

William F. Murdy
Mr. Murdy has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Systems USA since July 2000. Until July of 1999, he was Chairman, President and CEO of LandCare USA, Inc. Prior to LandCare, Mr. Murdy was President and CEO of General Investment. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Ken Garcia
Mr. Garcia is the founder and former CEO of Halo Technologies, Inc., a consumer products company specializing in advanced cleaning systems. Prior to Halo, Mr. Garcia served as one of three partners responsible for the founding, formation and growth of portfolio companies for Notre Capital Ventures. Prior to his work at Notre Capital Ventures, Mr. Garcia practiced law with a focus on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Matt Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan is a founder and partner of Peachtree Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. Prior to Peachtree, Matt founded and managed the private equity business of legacy Wachovia (before its merger with First Union). Matt worked in the Corporate Finance department of Kidder, Peabody & Co., in New York, and previously with Arthur Anderson & Company where he earned his CPA.

Fred Zeidman
Mr. Zeidman is the director of Turnaround Partners, Inc. Fred is the former CEO and President of Intersystems, Inc. and the founder of Houston Venture Capital Association. Mr. Zeidman is very active in community and political affairs. President George W. Bush appointed him to chair the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council in March 2002.
