Roger Braswell

Roger Braswell

President and CEO

Roger Braswell serves as President and CEO of Compact Power Equipment Centers, LLC and is nationally known in the fields of landscape contracting and related equipment manufacturing and distribution. He entered the landscape business over 30 years ago, building Southern Tree and Landscape, the leading landscape contractor in the Carolinas, which became a founding company partner of LandCare USA. He went on to become a board member and senior management member of the NYSE Company, as well as one of the top managers of the division after LandCare merged with ServiceMaster in 1999. He founded PowerHouse Equipment in 2000, which was initially a Toro dealer, and expanded it into distributing its own equipment lines in 2001 and 2002, prior to its merger into CPI in December 2003.

Since establishing the predecessor company of CPEC, Roger has overseen the successful acquisition of Mertz and DOC (now CPS). He also gained considerable acquisition experience during his tenure at LandCare.

Norman Boling

Norman Boling

Chief Financial Officer

Norman Boling serves as Chief Financial Officer of Compact Power Equipment Centers, LLC and has served in a similar capacity for the predecessor companies of CPEC. Norman has extensive management and financial experience with private and public companies. He has worked with Roger since 1988 and has considerable financial management experience. Norman holds graduate and under-graduate degrees in business and accounting from The University of South Carolina as well as, being an Administration Adjunct Professor in the University of South Carolina system. Norman has been instrumental to the launch and roll-out of CPEC and its predecessor companies.

Chris Web

Chris Webb

Controller

Chris Webb serves as Controller at Compact Power Equipment Centers, LLC and Compact Power Services. Chris has served as financial analyst as well as senior accountant roles with various companies. He holds a BS in finance and a Masters in Business Administration and has been employed with the company since 2004.

Eric Swanson

Eric Swanson

President CPS

Eric Swanson founded DOC Machine Services, Inc. in 1988 and during 2007-2008, Eric assisted in the integration of DOC into Compact Power Services and now serves as President of Compact Power Services (formerly DOC). Eric has extensive management and sales leadership experience with Citicorp and other banks. Eric has been employed with the company and its predecessors since 1990.

Bob Blaschke

Bob Blaschke

COO CPS

Bob Blaschke serves as Chief Operating Officer at Compact Power Services. He is an experienced engineer, project manager and manufacturing manager who has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Management Science. He has automated and modernized manufacturing processes as a manufacturing engineer. As a Manufacturing Manager he led departments through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen processes significantly eliminating constraints, reducing WIP and finished goods inventory, and streamlining processes. Bob has developed the existing Compact Power Services structure and field processes, moving it from 10 service technicians to over 250 technicians. He has been employed with CPS and DOC since 1998.
